LARGE FUTURE PROJECTS
Contact LATICRETE for details on price quotations on future projects and large package size information.
PAYMENT TERMS
Pay by the following month on the 30th.
Past due accounts are subject to 1.5% per month carrying charge on the unpaid balance (18% per annum).
We cannot ship goods to past due accounts.
DELIVERY TERMS
Orders of $500 and over are free into store in Sydney, Melbourne , Brisbane metro areas only.
Orders under $500 will be subject to a $30 small order charge and handling fee.
Hand unloading is not covered in our standard delivery, and may incur a surcharge.
SITE DELIVERIES
All building site deliveries must have full street address and a contact phone number of the person on site who will be accepting the order.
Due to the issues with Unions and site access a surcharge will apply for delays in unloading. Site conditions are out of our control, we at all times will try to work in with building sites but we can not be held responsible for delays outside of our control. A surcharge of $15 per 10 minute bracket will apply after the first 15 minutes on site.
RETURN / CANCELLATIONS
Returns or cancellations can not be accepted unless prior written authorisation from LATICRETE has been issued, and return freight charges are PREPAID.
All returned or cancelled goods are subject to a 10 to 30% inspection, repacking and restocking charge depending on the condition of goods when received, and only on goods that are less than one month old.
LATICRETE Pty Ltd will at NO TIME ACCEPT RETURNS OF POWDER MATERIALS THAT HAVE BEEN DELIVERED TO A JOB SITE.
FULL CARTON POLICY
Products shipped in full cartons only.
SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS
Special orders may require four to eight weeks notice. Please call first to check availability. A written purchase order must be received from the customer to cover the special order and a deposit may be required.
Special orders cannot be cancelled or returned.

LATICRETE Pty Ltd reserves the right to change specifications and packaging without notice.
The use of these products are outside the control of the manufacturer and liability is restricted to the replacement of materials proven faulty. The manufacturer is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from incorrect usage of materials. All materials shall be installed as per the relevant Australian Standards. |
